Tutoriall for VLC :

1 Launch VLC Media Player and click the "File" tab at the top of the screen. Select the "Convert / Save" from the list of options.
2 Click the "File" tab in the "Open Media" and press the "Add" button to open a Windows Explorer search screen. Locate the Ogg file on your hard drive. Highlight the icon and click "Open."
